Wake up with Thom Watts weekday mornings! Thom has the “greatest hits of all time” cranked up every morning! Thom Watts has been a mainstay in the Joplin radio market since 1991. He joined Zimmer Radio, Inc. as the Classic Hits 93.9 afternoon personality shortly following it’s launch in 2012, while simultaneously holding down the Creative Services Director beginning in 2013, until taking over as KJKM’s PD/Morning Personality in 2016. He’s a lifelong resident of the Joplin area, growing up just a short drive west of Joplin in Oswego, Kansas. He graduated from both Coffeyville Community College and Pittsburg State University with a degrees in communication. He currently serves on the PSU Alumni Association Board of Directors.
