Born in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire and raised in Framlingham, Suffolk, he moved to London in 2008 to pursue a musical career. In early 2011, he released an independent extended play, No. 5 Collaborations Project, which caught the attention of both Elton John and Jamie Foxx. He then signed to Asylum Records. His debut album, +, containing the singles "The A Team" and "Lego House", was certified 6× Platinum in the UK. Ok…that was a complete lie, and, may or may not have been the biography of Ed Sheeran.

HaZe was born in Wichita, Kansas, (There’s wheat there and stuff) but considers STL home! He has lived everywhere from Downtown, The Hill, Brentwood and even St. Charles. His 5-year-old Son and Fiancée are both born and raised in the Lou!

HaZe moved to St. Louis in 2006 to take a job at one of those other stations that plays too many commercials. He decided he had enough of that and took a radio gig outside of Missouri in Detroit. He had enough of that ridiculous cold weather for 2 years and packed his bags and is back in STL on the New NOW 96.3!
