Hey! I’m Alison and I am the evening/weekend announcer here at KICX 91.7. I was born and raised in Brampton Ontario where I lived for 21 years and then moved all the way out to Lloydminster Alberta for 4 years to get my start in radio. I was born a city girl but that move helped me get my country on! I can now milk a cow, drive a combine and I have been to my fair share of rodeos! Now I’m here in Sudbury and I love it to pieces! I love swimming, camping, softball, quadding…basically if it’s outdoors I’m game! I am a huge animal lover and I have an amazing cat named Peach. I adopted her in Alberta and I’m glad to say she made the move to Sudbury with me! I like to cook and bake and I LOVE to eat (especially sweets!) If it has peanut butter in it, I won’t be able to refuse! I like singing and dancing (off key and off beat), I hog the covers, I’m a movie junkie, a coffee addict and I LOVE COUNTRY MUSIC!!
